Community Overview

Help for Rifidi is available from two main sources: the Rifidi User Community (via our forums) and from the Rifidi Developers ( forums and IRC channels).   IRC channels provide a way to have a quick conversation with a user or developer.   The forums are used for asking questions and for detailed issues and we encourage everyone to post there.

Commercial Community

Rifidi is currently a fully community supported project with the developer bearing much of the support work.   We provide free support through our mailing lists and IRC channels listed above.

We are currently in the process of identifying corporate partners who will provide commercial support.   If you are interested and can prove good knowledge of our product then please email opensource(at)pramari(dot)com.
